Return & Exchange Policy

 

Return & Exchange Period

Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product remains in its original condition.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date, upon submission of an official technical report from the authorized distributor or service center confirming the defect.

 

Conditions for Return & Exchange

  • The original purchase invoice must be provided.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or transportation by the customer.
  • Returns or exchanges are not permitted once the customer has signed the delivery receipt confirming that the product was received in good condition.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval.
  • Cash Payments: Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7 business days after approval.
